I started thinking about how I could do this whole thing myself, the only thing that bothered me was that I couldn’t decorate the cake properly, but I accidentally ran into the store and it turned out that there were a lot of different confectionery mullets! You can safely get down to business yourself!
So, my cake is already ready and waiting x hour in the refrigerator)
I'll tell you how I prepared it:
For the cakes, I baked biscuit dough (I’ll tell you straight away, I baked it with baking powder, because without it the dough didn’t rise properly, but of course it was possible without it)
For the dough 4 eggs, according to science you need 200 grams of sugar, I took about 100, 200 grams of flour and a bag of sugar with vanilla - beat the eggs with sugar, sift the flour a couple of times and knead with the beaten eggs, pour into the mold and into the oven at 180, for about 20 minutes. I baked it in a silicone mold, everything comes off on its own and you don’t need to pick anything up with a knife.
This is how the cake turned out, I cooled it and cut it into 3 parts about 1.5-2 cm thick
For the cream, I used 400 grams of mascarpone, 2 jars of classic yogurt (you can also use it with filling), mixed the yogurt with mascarpone, put part of the cream in a separate bowl and tinted it with food coloring (I don’t think you should be scared, I literally added a drop on the tip of a teaspoon of coloring parfait décor) I added a little condensed milk to the cream, as all the ingredients are not sweet, if you use fruit yogurt, the cream will be sweet anyway! By the way, in order not to color the cream, you could take, for example, strawberry yogurt, but I don’t like that there are pieces of fruit in there. And my middle layer is made of chocolate curd cheese (150 gram jar). I coated the cakes with white and chocolate cream, on top and on the sides of the wings also with white and with a spoon I coated them with pink to create such a color transition.
And now the culmination is the cake decor!
For decoration, I used Doctor Otker sugar pearls - such a jar is sold, it costs about 150 rubles, it’s enough for 3 cakes)))
